The Quad bridges prospective and current college students, creating a direct channel for honest, affordable, and actionable guidance. By removing intermediaries and prioritizing transparency, we empower students to make confident, well-informed decisions about their college journey.
To keep The Quad safe, honest, and valuable for everyone, every member of our community is expected to follow these standards.
Do not share or request personal contact information such as phone numbers, personal emails, or social-media handles. Keep all communication within The Quad platform.
Guides must represent their college experience accurately. Misrepresenting your academic background, major, or institutional affiliation undermines trust and may mislead students.
The Quad reserves the right to record all calls conducted through the platform. Such recordings may be utilized for purposes including, but not limited to, quality assurance, safety monitoring, and dispute resolution, as well as any other operational needs that serve the platform's interests. Either party — the student or the guide — may submit a request for a specific recording to be permanently restricted from access following the conclusion of their call. The Quad is committed to honoring all such requests without exception.
Do not discuss, share, or solicit illegal activities, academic dishonesty, or any conduct prohibited by your college or by law. This includes plagiarism, exam sharing, or solicitation of restricted materials.
If a guide or student breaches any of these guidelines, The Quad reserves the right to take action. Consequences range from a formal warning or temporary suspension to permanent termination of the offending account.
